Michael J. “Ozzie” Myers, an “oldschool” Philly Democrat pleaded to blame Monday to violations of election regulation, conspiracy, bribery and obstruction.

The government mentioned ballots have been crammed within the 2014, 2015, and 2016 number one elections and Myers was once the the mastermind in the back of that poll stuffing scheme.
